During the Summer my wife and I got to try two gluten-free snacks that were new to us.
Neither was nice enough that we're looking for the best prices at a local or internet store, but they seemed worth archiving.
The first was Glutino's Vanilla Dreams sandwich cookies. The second was Michael Season's baked cheese curls.

We have tried the Glutano ones--s'all right but not, in our case, worth the price since Rach isn't gluten intolerant just allergic to dyes and preservatives. We find that gluten free often means she can get away with it though--for instance today she tried Eat-N-Park's new gluten free rolls for her Philly cheese steak (she can't eat their bread). She said that it was really good though a tiny bit crumbly.
